It starts with a conversation. Tell us about your event and we'll confirm availability and start learning about your plans. After we receive your inquiry, we will schedule a consultation to discuss next steps.

Together, we will explore the possibilities and get to know your story and your vision. We'll discuss preliminary guest count, service & beverage preferences, budget and venue logistics. Once we've gathered the details, we'll prepare a custom proposal outlining your experience.

Once your proposal is approved, we'll send a service agreement and invoice for your retainer. Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the retainer has been received. Custom menu design, signature cocktail development and final selections will take place after your date is reserved.

Now the fun begins. We'll dive in and design a personalized menu tailored to your event and start bringing your vision to life. Whether you're envisioning timeless classics or custom beverages inspired by your story, we'll create an experience to remember.

The day has arrived! Raise a glass and enjoy your gathering. Our team will arrive early for set up and be prepared for service at the designated time. We'll leave the venue as we found it.
